Diligence Orchestrator
The Diligence Orchestrator is an agentic pipeline that automates deal due diligence in the initial screening processes when VV is looking to invest. When a deal is submitted through a structured intake form, the system runs it through thesis scoring against VV’s three pillars and performs a multi workstream document gap analysis, researches competitors and their funding history in real time, and surfaces comparable prior VV deals from a semantic RAG knowledge base. The pipeline delivers a live deal dashboard, a partner ready diligence memo, and a branded deal alert email, all within approximately two minutes of submission, with no human intervention required.
The system is designed around one principle: capture the most analytical output from the fewest required inputs. What makes the project robust is that it gets smarter over time. As partners tag real deal outcomes, those decisions feed back into the knowledge base, progressively calibrating the model to reflect how VV actually invests.
Essentially, the model is continuously being trained to find the most efficient fit for each custom deal, reducing manual processing time and making the diligence process shorter in such a fast paced industry.

About Benjamin Anderson
Benjamin Anderson is a senior at Millsaps College studying Economics and Finance and Computer Science. He was an athlete for three years and has worked on projects including an LLM model for his football team. After college, he is moving back to his home state of Colorado to begin his career.
